Eric M. Goidel, Of Counsel to Goidel Law Group, handles all of the firm's real estate matters.  Eric is recognized as one of the leading attorneys in the area of cooperative/condominium law. As senior partner of Borah Goldstein Altschuler Nahins & Goidel, P.C. (www.borahgoldstein.com), Eric is responsible for the firm’s cooperative/ condominium division and heads its sophisticated real estate/commercial leasing practice.  This includes transactions related to shopping centers, office buildings, apartment buildings, hotels, single family homes, condos, coops, development rights, 1031 exchanges and sale lease backs.  

Eric is also the founder and President of Director Protector®, an innovative company providing proactive legal advice to cooperative boards of directors and condominium boards of managers.  He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Federation of New York Housing Cooperatives as well as a member of the New York Association of Realty Managers.  Eric frequently lectures before the Rent Stabilization Association and has been an instructor for CLE programs as part of the Lorman Education Services faculty.

Eric is an avid triathlete and top fundraiser for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Team in Training program.  He is also involved in fundraising and admissions at Union College.
