At the Goidel Law Group, we don’t operate in a vacuum.  Rather, we work as a team and partner with our clients’ financial and insurance advisors, accountants and other senior industry professionals. We have implemented the following processes in our practice:


TLC™ Estate Planning Process:
Our clients’ advisors are invited to attend all of our meetings and are integral to the estate planning process.  We know that our clients receive much better strategies, advice and solutions when like-minded professionals are working together.  Since we focus on the legal work and do not render investment or insurance advice, we need financial planners at the table.  This is also the case for CPAs when we are dealing with critical tax issues.  Depending upon the urgency of the situation and the complexity of the planning, we strive to complete all legal documents within 30 to 90 days of our engagement.  



Concierge Care Coordination® Process:
This is the unique, holistic process we developed to provide support and advocacy to our clients and their family members.  The process is integrated, when necessary, with The TLC™ Estate Planning Process.  As we are creating safe, appropriate care plans, we regularly refer to allied senior industry professionals including geriatric care managers, daily money managers, home care/companion agencies, and homebound physicians and therapists.  All of the professionals with whom we work are vetted out to ensure that they subscribe to the same white-glove level of service as provided by Goidel Law Group.
