We are excited to announce that Jillian C. Reynolds is the new Director of Concierge Care Coordination® at Goidel Law Group! Jillian brings over two decades of dedication to client-centered, individualized care across the continuum of care.

Jillian's Background:

• Expertise: Jillian’s work is grounded in a deep respect for each person's unique needs, values, and life circumstances, with a strong focus on dignity, advocacy, and informed choice. She has significant experience supporting diverse populations across long-term care, rehabilitation, dementia care, hospice, and assisted living settings.

• Approach: Jillian is known for building trusting relationships with clients and families while skillfully navigating complex healthcare and social service systems on their behalf. Her person-centered philosophy emphasizes collaboration, cultural sensitivity, and holistic care planning.

• Role: In her new role, Jillian will lead our unique Concierge Care Coordination® program, a holistic practice model that seamlessly integrates care needs with legal planning to help clients safely and successfully age in their residence of choice. She will connect individuals and families with community-based resources and support systems that enhance quality of life and continuity of care.
